Upon receipt of your raffle ticket order, your tickets will be sent to the address you provide during the check out process.

The winner of the raffle bike agrees to allow the MMA release of their name and agrees to allow the MMA the use of their name and pictures for promotional purposes, for no additional compensation. Winner is solely responsible for all sales taxes, title transfer and any other costs associated with winning this raffle.

The raffle bike winner should contact us within ten (10) business days of being notified of winning the bike so that delivery arrangements can be finalized. The MMA is not responsible for a any transportation arrangements or fees. Transportation and delivery fees are the sole responsibility of the raffle bike winner. If you need assistance in with delivery we will assist you if we can or, the MMA may deliver the bike within a reasonable distance from Tibby's HD dealership, in Springfield, MA.

Unless other arrangements are made, the raffle bike winner should be prepared to pickup the bike from Tibby's Harley-Davidson, 227 Berkshire Ave., Springfield, MA, within fifteen (15) business days from the date of the raffle drawing.

Should the winner prefer to have another person or vehicle transporter pick up the bike, a letter of authorization, identifying the individual or carrier, must be received by us, in advance before the bike can be released. This letter should be sent by certified or registered mail only.

All MMA motorcycle raffles are regulated by the Massachusetts Lottery Commission.

MMA '04/'05 Harley Raffle Winner

Ron Bernard from Abington has owned motorcycles off and on for more than 20 years. He always wanted a Harley, but with expenses he and his wife have had raising three children, he could never quite scrape enough money together to purchase one.

But when ticket #1578 was drawn as the winner in the 2005 MMA Bike Raffle, Ron's dream of owning a Harley came true! He currently rides a Suzuki Mirada, which he plans to give to his wife. The MMA is very happy to hear that she's going to take a motorcycle rider training course to learn how to ride.

Ron purchased his ticket at the World of Wheels show in Boston in January, 2005 never dreaming he would actually win.
